These Terms of Service govern your use of follw, a private creator subscription platform. By creating an account or using follw, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use follw. By using the platform you represent that you meet this requirement.

Accounts are for individual use only. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use follw to:

• Upload, publish, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its related systems
• Use automated means to access or scrape the platform without prior written consent

Subscriptions and Payments

follw offers subscription-based access to creator content and one-time content purchases. Charges are processed by our payment processor at the time of transaction. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Creators set their own pricing. follw is not responsible for the content or accuracy of creator-set pricing, descriptions, or offerings.

Content Ownership

Creators retain ownership of all content they upload to follw. By publishing content on the platform, creators grant follw a limited licence to host and deliver that content to their subscribers.

Subscribers do not acquire any ownership rights to content they access through subscriptions or one-time purchases.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
