All models, actors, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexual conduct appearing or otherwise contained on all pages of the follw.com website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

Some of the aforementioned depictions appearing or otherwise contained in or at these sites contain only visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct made before July 3, 1995, and, as such, are exempt from the requirements set forth in 18 U.S.C. 2257 and C.F.R. 75.

All creators who publish content depicting actual sexually explicit conduct on follw represent and warrant that they have collected, verified, and retained the records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and applicable regulations for every performer depicted in such content.

Creators must make such records available for inspection upon request by follw or the appropriate authorities.

Exemptions

Content that does not depict actual sexually explicit conduct as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)(i)–(iv) is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Such content is governed solely by our Terms of Service.
